The service dept in Ticonderoga Christopher Chevy did an excellent job

My interactions with this dealership are always positive and professional.

They found the problem and had to order parts, which were delayed due to the weather. As soon as the parts arrived they fixed the car and we got it back.

Easy and convenient to schedule any appointment. Friendly atmosphere and fantastic customer service.

As always, I was treated nicely and with respect. My car was in the very next morning for work it needed and bill was fair. They always act as they should in a business, but we also have some laughs. With my husband ill, they have taken care of a tire going flat or another issue for me right away.

Everytime I visit Christopher chevy to either purchase a new vehicle or to have my vehicle serviced I always enjoy the experience. Joe and the entire team is exceptional.

Staff was helpful and courteous and handled our purchase in a time manner.

I had a 9am appointment for oil change and yellow service light. at 10am they took my truck in its a 2500Hd diesel at 11am they came and told me the oil change was done and that they where putting it on the computer for the check engine at 12 they where finished and said a module needed a updated that was the reason for the check engine light.

Had an 830 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They didnt start it til 1pm and my car wasn't ready until 245pm.

Couldn't get the truck i ordered, settled for one they had on the lot the same color, but they were going to add the options to match what I ordered. I have had the truck for 3 weeks, and they still haven't been able get it right, but also don't return calls. Now I am expected to chase around after their installer to figure out why they did not do the job correctly. I am frustrated and just want it right or they can have the truck back

I have purchased and serviced my cars here since Christopher's Chevrolet opened years ago. Despite the inevitable changes over the years, this dealership has always maintained a high degree of professionalism mixed with customer courtesy. Joe Orta, by example, leads a fine organization of quality individuals.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were professional and efficient. Done in an hour. Very customer focused. The service rep was pleasant.

The service on my vehicle was completed as expected. The criticism I have is of your customer waiting area. In the past, I have brought my laptop and been able to spend my waiting time online. In my latest visit, I was informed the internet was down. When I attempted to watch the TV in the waiting area, I was informed that was also down. Not a big deal and I will return to the dealership in the future (hopefully, the internet will be up 😂.

Had an appointment for a state inspection, took a bit longer than expected - 3:00 pm appt, cashed out around 4:15 pm.

I was visiting from out of town, and they were able to get me in the next day to diagnose and repair my problem. They were very accommodating, and did great job at a reasonable price.

I was heading out on a 2,000 mile round trip when a tire looked soft, so I stopped for a double check of my own pressure gauge. Not only was my tire soft, but a couple were bald! I only had to delay my departure a couple of hours while that afternoon while tires were found. . . two out of four I needed, but enough to make sure the tires I drove on were NOT bald. My road trip turned out to involve following an ambulance as a dear friend was taken to the ER. . . had he been alone when his health failed, his sudden illness would likely have killed him. My return was delayed by a few days, but once I was home, I was able to get my remaining tires (which had not been in stock before my trip) put on, and a broken valve stem repaired. My car just rolled over 248,500 miles, and the service department lets me travel with confidence. As the late, great Robert Frost wrote: "And miles to go before I sleep."

My experiences with Christopher Chevrolet have always been good. I have dealt with them for many years and though people may change along the way the service has not. My experience buying my new car recently was a good one. Everything went smoothly as usual and I had to do little to accomplish the transaction.

Shawn, Josh and Joe were all excellent! Shawn was persistent to find a truck in nearby inventory that was close to my specs (vs. ordering a truck). Shawn and Josh answered all of my questions, let me preview the vehicle before committing to the purchase, etc. there was only one issue with an accessory installation that will be resolved soon at no cost. I believe Christopher is committed to my 100% satisfaction.
