I was visiting from out of town, and they were able to get me in the next day to diagnose and repair my problem. They were very accommodating, and did great job at a reasonable price.

Two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation is the longest I have ever seen. Got to do better.

Fast, friendly, even after I bought I had a question and Josh went above and beyond to help me.

I was heading out on a 2,000 mile round trip when a tire looked soft, so I stopped for a double check of my own pressure gauge. Not only was my tire soft, but a couple were bald! I only had to delay my departure a couple of hours while that afternoon while tires were found. . . two out of four I needed, but enough to make sure the tires I drove on were NOT bald. My road trip turned out to involve following an ambulance as a dear friend was taken to the ER. . . had he been alone when his health failed, his sudden illness would likely have killed him. My return was delayed by a few days, but once I was home, I was able to get my remaining tires (which had not been in stock before my trip) put on, and a broken valve stem repaired. My car just rolled over 248,500 miles, and the service department lets me travel with confidence. As the late, great Robert Frost wrote: "And miles to go before I sleep."

The service on my vehicle was completed as expected. The criticism I have is of your customer waiting area. In the past, I have brought my laptop and been able to spend my waiting time online. In my latest visit, I was informed the internet was down. When I attempted to watch the TV in the waiting area, I was informed that was also down. Not a big deal and I will return to the dealership in the future (hopefully, the internet will be up 😂.

Had an appointment for a state inspection, took a bit longer than expected - 3:00 pm appt, cashed out around 4:15 pm.

My experiences with Christopher Chevrolet have always been good. I have dealt with them for many years and though people may change along the way the service has not. My experience buying my new car recently was a good one. Everything went smoothly as usual and I had to do little to accomplish the transaction.

OMG. . . I had a huge trip coming up and the check engine light came on. . . I did some troubleshooting, but ended up needing serious work. It was done in time for me to hit the road. Amazing. I got where I was going, and home again. . . over 2,000 miles, and I rolled over 254K in the process. (Yeah, I know. . . see you soon for an oil change!)

Shawn, Josh and Joe were all excellent! Shawn was persistent to find a truck in nearby inventory that was close to my specs (vs. ordering a truck). Shawn and Josh answered all of my questions, let me preview the vehicle before committing to the purchase, etc. there was only one issue with an accessory installation that will be resolved soon at no cost. I believe Christopher is committed to my 100% satisfaction.

Everyone always nice to me! In today’s world, waited quite a while for the parts but all is great. Car sounds great and went out of their way to do the inspection so I didn’t have to come right back. I always am pleased with my visits there.

Would like to have the personal property that was taken from my vehicle. But told it was thrown away. What ever was put on the side of my tires is now all over both sides of my truck, great detailing job. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle here, Riley was great and made the process painless, but would avoid the service department.
